To provide the services our community needs and to deliver the quality of care expected on the day of surgery, you will be provided with a Patient Satisfaction Questionnaire, for the surgery center, that you will be asked to complete and return. Submission and Investigation of Grievances
FOISC provides a process for a patient or a patient’s designated representative to register a grievance or complaint about the quality of service provided.
